Today i took my children out t the local park for a few hours.it was beautiful and sunny. Research shows that getting out on sunny wintet days helps those suffering from insomnia. By getting at least 15mins a day of light helps our brains bodyclock recognise when its daytime and when its night time, and time to sleep.
Also if you suffer from SAD , getting outside for some pysical exercise and maximising your time out in the light and glimpses of sun also help to combat your blue times.
